Rattana – Our Field Project Manager

Rattana earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Fisheries at Phnom Penh's Royal University of Agriculture. Afterwards, he assisted the university on research projects ranging from fisheries projects to rural socio-economic development. Before joining the Trailblazer team in 2005, he spent six years as head of Environmental Diagnosis at one of Cambodia's most enchanting temples, Bantei Srei, with the Bantei Srei Conservation Project. Rattana became our full-time Project Manager in April, 2008. He is currently working towards a Master of Business Administration degree at Build Bright University in Siem Reap.





Chep Malinin – Office Manager

Malinin – Our Field Office Manager

Malinin received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Khmer Literature at the Royal University of Phnom Penh in 2001 and earned her teaching certificate from Phnom Penhs Faculty of Pedagogy the following year.
Before joining Trailblazers in April of 2007, she spent four years with Cambodian Commercial Bank, Ltd.

Malinin currently serves as a part-time lecturer of Khmer Literature at Build Bright University and is working towards a Master of Finance and Accounting degree from the same institution.
