Meet Our Field Management Team
Ung Chanrattana — Our Project Manager
Rattana earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Fisheries at Phnom Penh"s Royal University of Agriculture. Afterwards, he assisted the university on research projects ranging from fisheries projects to rural socio-economic development. Before joining the Trailblazer team in 2005, he spent six years as head of Environmental Diagnosis at one of Cambodia"s most enchanting temples, Bantei Srei, with the Bantei Srei Conservation Project.
Rattana became our full-time Project Manager in April, 2008. He is currently working towards a Master of Business Administration degree at Build Bright University, in Siem Reap. When he finds free time in his busy schedule, Rattana enjoys spending it with his two young sons and his wife, Malinin.
Chep Malinin — Our Office Manager
Malinin received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Khmer Literature at the Royal University of Phnom Penh in 2001 and earned her teaching certificate from Phnom Penh"s Faculty of Pedagogy the following year. Before joining Trailblazers in April of 2007, she spent four years with Cambodian Commercial Bank, Ltd.
Malinin currently serves as a part-time lecturer of Khmer Literature at Build Bright University and is working towards a Master of Finance and Accounting degree from the same institution. In her free time, Malinin also enjoys the company of her husband Rattana and their two sons, Romany and Vaddhanak.

Meet Our Field Crew
Phalla, Sothearos, Samnang, and Chantha construct, deliver and install our biosand water filters. They also educate the recipients about their use and maintenance as well as basic sanitation and hygeine, and do followup maintenance and education. Chantha also is a member of our new Trailblazer well-drilling team.
