Trailblazer Foundation’s future projects are in keeping with its objectives by expanding our sustainable rural development programs and clean water initiatives throughout Siem Reap Province and into other areas of Cambodia.
One of our goals is to expand our reach as appropriate and set-up additional field offices in Cambodia where there are "pockets" of villages, such as Sras had been, with great need but where no aid exists.
Trailblazer often receives requests to share its technologies and assistance with other communities, and we are only limited in helping by the amount of funding received.
Additionally, Trailblazer receives frequent inquiries from other countries such as Indonesia, Shri Lanka, Sudan, Peru, Iraq, Ghana, and Panama to share its technologies and methodologies.
Funding and staff permitting, it will be exciting to go and help these areas receive clean water and improve their livelihoods.
The Next 5 Years: Trailblazer Foundation has agreed to construct its fourth government school, a Kindergarten, in Angkor Thom District in 2010 to support the Women's Development Center.
The three-classroom school will have a capacity of 90 children per session. Children who matriculate from the Kindergarten will then attend a nearby primary school located only one kilometer away.
Fifteen hundred women and girls from four surrounding villages will have the opportunity to receive vocational training at the Angkor Thom Women's Development Center when the project is completed. Trailblazer is excited to have the opportunity to participate in this District initiated project.
