Tom Barker holds a BS in Finance from the Utah State University 1969 and an MBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin 1970. He is a retired CPA and now divides his time between Wyoming and Arizona. He has served as the President of Boy Scouts of America foundation, Ogden, UT and as the President of the Ogden City Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, Tom has been on the Union Station Board and the Hospital Board, as well as, the Director Bank of Utah, Ogden, UT from 1989 to 1995. He joined the Trailblazer Foundation Board in October 2008 and holds the position of Assistant Treasurer
