We at Trailblazer Foundation are often surprised - and thankful -
for the countless ways that our supporters choose to help us make a difference.
We receive outright monetary contributions, gifts in memory - or honor - of someone special,
gifts-in-kind, many volunteer hours, offers of expertise, etc.

The reality of the economic challenges that many of us currently face requires creative thinking on how to continue supporting the charities we believe in. If it is a challenge to financially support TF at levels to which you have previously been committed, or if you would like to increase your donation this year, please keep in mind that there are many ways to continue helping our Cambodian friends.
Here are some other ideas:
- Consider setting up small monthly donations, instead of a one-time gift
- Suggest donations to TF in lieu of gifts for birthdays, holidays, or other special events
- Organize a Walk-A-Thon, Bike-A-Thon, Marathon, or a race of any kind
- Make donations in memory or honor of someone special
- Add TF to your FaceBook, MySpace or other social networking site
- Give a TF awareness presentation to your group or host a fundraiser to sponsor a project
- Ask your employer about a matching-gift opportunity
- Consider a gift-in-kind: marketing expertise, printing services, Firstgiving website support
- Women’s groups could sponsor vocational training, Cambodia Assistance needs, or water access projects
- Teachers: get your students involved by presenting curriculum on water issues in developing nations and then host a fundraiser
-
- Small businesses can donate a percentage of sales for certain items like beverages or books
- Awareness events: music concerts, comedy routines, etc., with proceeds donated to TF
- Beauty shops could sponsor tuition for cosmetology school for girls or women’s vocational training
- Remember TF when making Family Foundation or other foundation grant designations
- Arrange for TF to receive gifts of annuities
- Display a TF countertop poster with donation information
- Let us create a TF Firstgiving website for you or your business. You name the cause and help us market your website to raise money online
